This unit will help them develop skills such as kindness, mindfulness, and perspective-taking. If the art world is able to teach such skills to kids by incorporating identity and mindfulness into lessons, the students can grow up to be kinder and more gentle adults.

The world is in great need of warmth and understanding. These children will be the ones that can listen in order to understand, instead of people that only listen to respond.
